I use SweetLeaf stevia--both the flavored liquids and the powder (SteviaPlus with added inulin fiber) I guess my favored flavor is the vanilla creme sincethat's the one i use the most. I use that one and the SteviaPlus powder in baking. I use them for basically anything I want to sweeten, andI love that both forms have 0 calories, 0 carbs, and a 0 GI!

I have used Stevia for years. I love it. My favorite, best tasting (for me) is Nu Naturals. They sell a little dropper bottle that fits right in my purse, is under the 3oz ariline limit, and I have the peace of mine that it's not one of the nasty toxic sweetners.

BTW, coach JC, it's Stevia, with a long e, not "Steh-via". Like Stephen. :)
