How about a fall smoothie for you and the fam?
This is the bomb and you can use it as meal replacement, a post workout or even just a healthy after school snack with the kids.
Super easy to make and super delicious!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 very ripe banana
3/4 cup fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt
1 Tablespoon Honey
1/2 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup crushed ice
1 scoop protein powder (optional)
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Makes two servings.
