It is amazing how so many people get uncomfortable when they hear the word accountability.

Being accountable is a great thing and a must if you want to be successful! So many people fail in life and in their fitness-related goals because they try to do it on their own. Life is not easy, so why try to attack it on your own?

If you look at the people who are very successful in life, you will find that they had true accountability throughout the process to becoming successful.

What is it that you really want? You want to lose weight? You want to make more money? You want more success?

Well, I have news for you my friend…

Times are going to be tough, and this is when that accountability will pull you through.

You have to get accountable!

You must become accountable to others and you must become accountable to yourself!

Your Gameplan to become ACCOUNTABLE to others

This does not mean that I am telling you to trust everyone and anyone. There are very few people that I trust. Believe me, that is not what I am telling you. What I am telling you is to find someone who you trust and respect, and allow them to make you better. Someone who wants to see you achieve your goals and live your life to the fullest.  Someone who you can be totally open, honest, and transparent with at all times.

In the beginning it may be a little uncomfortable, but once you get outside of your comfort zone, you will be able to confront and address those difficult issues and weaknesses in your life so that you can eliminate them and move on.

I have found that it works really well if you can find an accountability partner that is reaching for the same goals as you – this way you can hold each other accountable and go through the process together.  Iron Sharpens Iron!

Being accountable is a huge part of my Bootcamp Tulsa program! Once you get accountable to a coach and build relationships with other people in your Tulsa boot camp you will reach your goals alot faster.

Your Gameplan to become ACCOUNTABLE to Yourself

As far as being accountable to yourself…Its time to step it up and find ways to makes sure what needs to get done is going to get done. Its time to stop making excuses and time to finally reach your goals.

What are you doing to hold yourself accountable? I am really big on self accountability and truly believe that when you are sick and tired of being sick and tired and what something bad enough that you ultimately have got to take responsibility to go and get it!

You have got to begin to hold yourself accountable to take care of what needs to be taken care of on so that you can reach your goals.

3 ways for you to become self accountable!

1. Record your Results! On a daily basis I want for you to record your results so that you can measure your progress and make sure you are doing what needs to be done. Good or bad I want for you to record and measure what you are doing. Alot of times people think they are doing good until they see it written down. You know what to measure depending on what you are trying to accomplish!

2. Evaluate! Once you record your results I want for you to than see what areas need to be improved and make the necessary changes. If you are not reaching your goals then I want for you to evaluate why and what needs to change and then develop a gameplan to make those necessary adjustments.

3. Re-evaluate! It amazes me how many people stick to a plan that is not working for them and not producing results. If something is not working for you than find a new approach that will work. Constantly be evaluating and re-evaluating your gameplan to make sure it is working for you.

Measure and record your results, Evaluate and Re-Evaluate so that you can become self accountable and reach your goals!!!
