Bathing suit season is dreaded by women of all ages.. and even men!
You make new year’s resolutions with the hope to lose weight and tighten up so that you can rock out a bikini on your summer vacation. You hold onto that hope for the months leading up to summer until…Bam! Summer is here and once again you have to rock that bathing suit not feeling like a rockstar in it!
Now you can stop wishing and hoping!
You still have several months to get your game plan together and rock that yellow and black polka dot bikini after all!
It’s all about creating the winning mindset to get what you want in life whether it’s wearing a bathing suit on your next vacation or buying your dream home!
*You have to SEE it before you achieve it! Starting today I want for you to see yourself in that bathing suit and enjoying yourself on the beach! I want you to actually create a picture of what you would look like and how it would feel to be rocking that bathing suit this summer. Create a visual picture of it and start to focus on that picture each and everyday. You see, what you desire is what you focus on and what you focus on is what you will go get!
*You have to BELIEVE you WILL achieve your goal.  If you don’t believe it, no one else will! Now I want for you to do something a little crazy. Go out and purchase that bathing suit! That’s right! Go and make an investment in yourself and buy that bathing suit that you see in the color you see it, in the size that you desire to be in. Take it and hang it in your closet in the most visible place so everyday you have to see it. Now everyday you will SEE you in it in the picture you created and you will SEE it right in front of you!
*You have to CREATE a Gameplan. Now that you are focusing on this body you desire its time to act on it. I want for you to do one small simple step each and everyday that WILL help you achieve your goal.  Listen, let’s be real! Most people know what to do to get what they want, we’re just not doing it!  Create your gameplan today! This might be sticking to a nutrition plan, starting a fitness program and recruiting a friend to join you so that you can be accountable.

Here are a few keys for you to succeed in executing your game plan:
Be specific and schedule it. Example:  I will exercise 3x a week on Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 5:30am in my garage.
Write it down. Your goal and what you will do to get there. Post it in your car, on your desk and on your bathroom mirror.  You need to be reminded of your goal and how to achieve it every day!
Just do it. Do it even when you don’t feel like doing it! This will take courage and commitment but remember don’t stay focused on where you currently are but where you want to be!
What are you waiting for? Now is your time!
