Eggs, Vegetables & Coconut Oil

Here is a breakfast that is fast, easy and will keep you full a long time.

Ingredients:

Coconut oil
Spinach
Mixed Veggies (Frozen Vegetable Mix can be used,,,carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, green beans)
Spices (salt, pepper, and if you like it spicy some paprika)

Directions:

1. Add coconut oil to frying pan and turn up the heat.
2. Add vegetables. If you use frozen mix, you will need to let it thaw in the heat for a few minutes.
3. Add beaten eggs (Use 3 or 4 for ladies and 4-6 for dudes).
4. Add spices. You can use a spice mix, although salt and pepper work great too. Whatever your flavor is.
5. (Optional) Add spinach.
6. Stir fry until ready.
