BcT Keeps Janatha Schreiner’s Health Where It’s Suppose to Be

Janatha Schreiner, the rock star Bootcamper of the week, has been coming for 4 and half years. Janatha attends bootcamp for more reasons than just the working out. BcT offers a variety of things to the ladies that attend BcT.

“I attend BcT for not really the awesome workout, but for how I feel afterwards and the rest of the day. I love waking up early and getting the workout over with and then having the rest of the day to work and spend time with my kids. After leaving BcT, I am a lot more active and energetic, which is important when spending my days with my 7 and 5 year old.” Said Janatha.

Aside from the way Janatha feels after the awesome workout, her favorite aspect would have to be the actual workout and the ladies that surround her.

“My favorite aspect has to be the variety of challenging workouts and the women there to help push you through them. It makes for a better workout when having the ladies by your side to hold you accountable,” said Janatha.

Bootcamp isn’t just a place for physical results, but a place to better your health and stay active. For Janatha, BcT is a place to keep her health where it is suppose to be and that is what keeps her coming back.

Janatha believes that Bootcamp Tulsa has equipped her to WIN in other areas of her life from running her business, Skin By Janatha to being wife and mother.

“I never really started BcT to lose weight, but more to avoid picking up the bad health that runs in my family, such as heart diseases. I knew if I stayed active, I would lower my chance of having these risk and ever since then my heart is great and my blood results are perfect,” said Janatha. “Once I started BcT, I fell in love with the early morning workout times and how awesome I felt after that I couldn’t help but to keep coming back.”

BcT has changed Janatha’s life in nutrition way as well.

“Since attending BcT, I have started to eat a lot healthier and it has also helped me be more knowledgeable with the foods that I put into my body. BcT isn’t just a workout atmosphere, but also a place to educate you on nutrition thanks to the awesome coaches!” said Janatha.
