Number One Excuse–
“I need to get in shape before I start an intense fitness program like Bootcamp Tulsa.”
I am so grateful I got up the courage to not wait. I would have still been joining the gym in January and tapering off by March when I wasn’t getting the results I wanted. I’d be bored with the treadmill and same old machines, no guidance, no nutritional support, no team of ladies and coaches to believe in me before I was able to believe in myself. Scary to think where I would be today if I hadn’t joined. Now it is 3 years later, and I am 57 pounds lighter. I lost 52 of those in the first year and that weight will never come back!
So don’t tell yourself you have to get in shape before you give it a try. That may never happen. Bootcamp Tulsa will meet you where you are physically now and get you to where you want to be!!
