Today’s WINNING recipe to meet Coach JC’s 10 WINNING Habits is…Egg-cellent Breakfast. You will find your lean protein in the egg whites with added boost of veggie in the spinach.


4 egg whites
handful of baby spinach – chopped
1/2 of a tomato – diced
olive oil
salt & pepper – to taste


Spray nonstick cooking pan with olive oil and heat on medium.
Add eggs, spinach, tomato, salt, and pepper – stir it all together for a few minutes until heated through.
