• 1 garlic clove
• 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1 head romaine lettuce
• 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
• 1/2 green pepper, diced
• 1/4 cucumber, quartered and sliced
• 1/4 red onion
• 2 -3 tablespoons lemon juice
• 2 -3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
• 1 medium tomato, wedged
Crush the clove of garlic, cover it with the oil and set aside.
Wash and dry lettuce, chop all vegetables and combine.
Pour the garlic flavored oil over the salad and toss until every leaf is coated.
Sprinkle on the lemon juice and toss again. Sprinkle on the Worcestershire sauce and toss again.
Finally, sprinkle on the parmesan and toss again.
Top with tomatoes and serve.
