Today’s WINNING recipe to meet Coach JC’s 10 WINNING Habits is Pumpkin Seed Dip. Where are my veggies?
2 cups soaked Pumpkin Seeds
1 bunch Cilantro
1 Sprig Rosemary
3 – 4 Cloves Garlic
1 tbs. Lime Juice
2 tsp. Himalayan Salt
Dipping vegetables of your choice
Blend all ingredients in high speed blender 1 minute.
Chop your choice of veggies and enjoy!
