Today’s WINNING recipe to meet Coach JC’s 10 WINNING Habits is Roasted Green Beans and Mushrooms.   Where is my veggies?

Ingredients:

1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed

8 0z. sliced fresh mushrooms

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

1/2 tsp garlic salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Toss together all ingredients and spread out on a 15 XC 10 inch baking pan.

Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
