Today’s WINNING recipe to meet Coach JC’s 10 WINNING Habits is Taqueria Vegetables. Where are my veggies?

Ingredients:

20 Jalapeños, sliced
4 carrots, sliced
2 onions, cubed

To each jar add:

1 tablespoon salt
t tablespoon oregano
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
Apple Cider Vinegar

Fill pint canning jar with vegetables. Add salt, oregano, cumin, coriander seeds. Cover all vegetables with apple cider vinegar and put lid on jar. Set in refrigerator for 1 week before eating. Use within 30 days for maximum freshness.
