What are you afraid of?

Dec 9, 2014 | #Athletics, #Blog

How many times have you passed up an opportunity because you were scare of failing?

 Scared of rejection
 Hearing “no”
 The pressure
 The success
 That you just may not be able to do it

Fear can keep you away from relationships, opportunities, greater performances, and ultimate happiness and success as an athlete.

Fear can paralyze you and become your worst enemy.

Fear of failing makes chances of failing more likely.

Fear forces you to play it safe and keeps you away from the big plays.

Without fear of failing — changes of succeeding increase.

You can run from fear or attack it head on.

Great athletes take the fear of failure and flip the script to work for them.

Use failure to allow you to learn and grow.

FEAR – a great teacher – if you allow it to be.

You are born with two fears: fear of falling and fear of loud noises.

All other fears have been created – so you can overcome them!
