Alexander Peiffer is 31years old and a Tulsa Police Officer. He is a part of the Fit First Responders that began in the spring.
Alex says it is hard to pick an outright favorite about the program because there are so many great things about it. If he had to pick one it would be the camaraderie among the participants, coaches and all around.
The results and the coaching are what keep Alex coming back. He has lost 18 pounds, and his vest now touches on the sides again for full protection. His body comp analysis this past weekend indicated he had lost 20 pounds of fat alone. Alex is fine-tuning his diet and maintaining the 90% compliance rule. His body fat percentage went from 24% to 17%! He can keep up with his daughters. The girls come with him to the gym, and his efforts and what they see in him are helping to influence their outlook on challenges. He says, “They are adopting the no-quit attitude!”
Alex says he has a longer fuse, more patience, much higher confidence levels, better marriage, increased stamina and endurance. He says, “I am capable of helping more…I have the strength to just keep going, helping one of my friend out with his kid and house to helping my mother consistently (she always has something to help out with!)”
Alex’s advice to someone considering FFR would be: “Just do it. It can only help! I had amazing results within a month, and it’s just getting better. Try it and WIN!”
