Autumn Toomey gained confidence and love for herself at BcT!

Feb 1, 2017 | #Blog, #Fitness, #Homepage

Autumn Toomey is 29 years old…just few months away from 30, flirty and thriving. She is also a Boy Mom full time; however since there are bills to pay, she works as a Bartender at Louie’s Grill and Bar in Broken Arrow.

Autumn started BcT last September when her amazing friend Tiffany Wyke invited her to “Change a Life.” She says, “After a few weeks I was hooked and decided to sign up to continue changing my life for the better!!”

Every time Autumn goes to a class she knows she will be welcomed with open arms. She explains her favorite part of BcT: “The ladies in my class are truly amazing and never give up on one another. I have met some life long friends and could not imagine not having them in my life now. I have gained so much confidence and love for myself since joining BcT.”

Autumn keeps coming back to BcT because she loves the way she feels after a workout. She found that she is able to finish her workout and push herself beyond physical limits that she never thought she would be able to reach.

BcT brought Autumn results greater than simply weight loss. She has gained energy, confidence, and has even lost some inches. She cannot wait to see even more results as the months pass.

As for how BcT has changed Autumn’s life, she shares, “ To say my life is perfect is definitely an understatement. I have struggled with depression, anxiety, pain, addiction and to know that I have over come all of those challenges in my life, I knew that when I joined BcT my life would forever be changed. I have been able to push myself to its limit and feel so empowered by being able to complete each workout. Bootcamp has taught me to not give up on myself…that I am stronger than I ever knew.”

Autumn finds she sleeps better, has more energy, and her depression has pretty much gone away. She adds, “The confidence I have for myself has made it all worth it!!”

Autumn’s words for someone considering BcT: “Just give BcT a try…. I was so nervous the first couple of weeks that I wouldn’t be able to complete the workouts, but I kept showing up, and getting stronger every day! One thing that pushes me the most is I have a precious little boy looking up to me. I want to show him that never give up, do your best and results will follow! I am who I am today because of my parents. I want to be that inspiration for my kiddo and show him that ‘Daddy didn’t raise a quitter’!”
