Denise Henry is a member of the Lighthouse Police Force and was one of the top finishers in the 25 Week Challenge at Fit First Responders.
Denise was going through the motions of life but not living life before FFR. She was carrying 190 pounds on her 5’2″ frame. She had the bad habits of an unhealthy person and was in the worst shape and the heaviest she had ever been.
