Michael McClendon had gained weight and was just existing inline before coming to Fit First Responders. He did not have the energy he needed to be the best in his work or home life and was a disaster waiting to happen. He shares his story here:
After Fit First Responders, Michael found he had the energy to enjoy life with his children and life at as a Fire Fighter. He was now spending quality time with his kids and enjoying them again.
