Micheal Elliott is dedicated to continuing his FFR success!

Feb 10, 2016 | #Athletics, #Blog, #Homepage

Micheal Elliott is a 42 year old Tulsa Police Officer. He was one of the top finishers in the 25 Week Challenge with Fit First Responders.

Listen to Micheal’s story:

Micheal’s favorite aspect of FFR was definitely the positive environment. He says, “It is truly a family and makes you want to work harder. The coaches are amazing and truly care. The positivity consumes you, and the results are just an added perk.”

Micheal’s physical results are obvious, but he has changed both mentally and spiritually as well. He explains, “I find myself wanting to be as positive as I possibly can when dealing with my family as well as the citizens of Tulsa. Since starting FFR, I have forged some strong relationships with fellow officers, firefighters, and EMSA personnel. Those relationships absolutely did not exist prior to FFR!”

The changes Micheal sees in his life are great. He looks great, but he feels even better. He is more active now than he has ever been in his life. His family is also more active than ever, and they are so much closer.

As for his work life, Micheal says, “Work is great! We are a much closer department now. In 10 years in this department, I have never seen such unity. We initially bonded over FFR workouts, but I feel like we are truly concerned about each other personally now.”

Going forward from the FFR Challnge, Micheal plans to continue doing exactly what he has been doing. The changes that he has made in his physical, mental and spiritual self are permanent. He states, “I am dedicated to continuing my success.”
