Policeman Dave Pyle knows no bad guys train like we do at FFR.

Dave Pyle is a 37 year old police officer and has been a part of DSD since May 2013 and Fit First Responders since April, 2015.

Dave’s favorite aspect of Fit First Responders is that his strength and conditioning just keep getting better.

The results Dave has seen in his health, conditioning, mental and emotional state are what keep Dave coming back to FFR. He says, “Things like the prowler runs that were hard when I started are easy now.” Dave is now at 11.3% body fat and was at 14.2% at the beginning of FFR. He is also weighing in at 187 pounds, down from the 195 when he started.

FFR has improved Dave’s health, strength, and diet. Dave finds in general his moods are much better and more stable since he began the challenge and got compliant with the diet. He is finally drinking enough water and eating better than he ever has. He says, “I am much calmer and more patient with my family. I am calmer in high stress situations at work.”

Dave’s advice to someone thinking of starting FFR:

“It will change your life for the better. I take pride in every workout I finish. I know that no bad guy ever trained like we do. I know I am coming home every night, because I have the strength to survive.”
